1. Brief introduction
1.1 Introduction
The AirCloud Wi-Fi storage device will share the storage with your IPAD, IPHONE, Android phone/MID and PC. With this device, you can visit your films, music, pictures and documents at any time. It will expand your smart device storage spaces.

2. Operation Guide
2.1 Product Operation mode overview
Charging mode: Connect to DC power adapter (recommend 5V/2.1A), and the device will enter charging mode automatically, charging for embedded battery
WI-FI Storage mode: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, the device will turn on and work in Wi-Fi storage mode. You could visit the device through Wi-Fi. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds again, the device will turn off.
Mobile HDD mode: Under turn-off status, connect device to PC with USB2.0/3.0 cable, the device will work in mobile disk mode. You could visit the device by PC.
Power bank mode: Press the power button for 1 second to enter in power bank mode, the device could provide power to your phone by USB port. Press the power button for 1 second again to turn off the power bank. (Notice: Under power bank mode, the Wi-Fi function will be disable, and the power volume will reduce.)
2.2 Charging mode
Connecting the device to power adapter by USB3.0/2.0 cable, the device will work in charging mode. The power LED will be twinkling.
The device supports 5V/1A, and 5V/2.1A power adapter. If you need it work for long time, 5V 2.1A adapter is recommended (such as Apple power adapter).
Notes: Pls make sure the device internal battery is >10% under turn on status, otherwise it will be turn off.
2.3 Mobile HDD mode
Connect the device to your PC with USB 2.0/3.0 cable under turn-off status, the device will work as mobile HDD. You could visit the storage from your PC. (Charging and Wi-Fi function will be disabled under this mode)
2.4 Wi-Fi storage mode
Press the power button for 5seconds to startup device, the device will work in Wi-Fi storage mode. You could visit the device contents with your phone/PAD/PC.
2.5 Charging + Wi-Fi storage mode
Press the power button to startup, connect to DC power adaptor with USB cable, the device will be charged. It will work as Wi-Fi disk, you could visit the device with your phone/PAD/PC
2.6 Router with cable + Wi-Fi storage mode
Connect the device to router with Ethernet cable, the router will assign the IP to device using DHCP function. The device will share the internet and disk. You could visit the files on disk and internet content simultaneously.
2.7 Router through Wi-Fi + Wi-Fi storage mode
Connect the device with router (AP) through Wi-Fi, the router will assign the IP to the device through DHCP function. The device will share the internet and disk. The device will share the internet and disk. You could visit the files on disk and internet content simultaneously.
2.8 Remote access mode
Connect the device to router with Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. Connect the router to internet. Scan the device’s QR code with your terminal (Phone or PAD) to record the device’s unique UID. Then you could search and login your mobile storage through internet, enjoy the files on your storage in anywhere and anytime
3. Client program operation guide
3.1 Windows PC client Guide
3.1.1 Connecting the PC through Wi-Fi
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the device will start up. Click the wireless connection in the Windows system, and select and connect “AirCloud xxxx” Wi-Fi network (without password when connect the WI-FI signal)
3.1.2 Login AirCloud from PC
Open your PC IE browser, input IP address into IE: 10.10.10.254, the login interface will pop up, please input the default username and password: admin/admin
3.1.3 AirCloud PC client operation
After login, you will enter the AirCloud operation interface.
When you visit the device first time, please select the language as your requirement.
3.1.4 AirCloud Home page overview
3.1.5 File Explorer
The default display menu section to " File Explorer ", you can see the total capacity of the hard drive and the available capacity
Pls Click and enter the label, it’s contents of hard drive.
You could visit the files in HDD. Also you could create/delete/rename files by the menus.
3.1.6 Status and Internet UID
3.1.7 Wi-Fi hotspot configuration
Enter “network” interface, click “scan hotspot” button, the device will scan the Wi-Fi signal around and list the hotspot name list, select your Wi-Fi router from the name list, input the password of this router, click “connect” button. The device will try to connect the router. After connected, the device will share the internet link, and your terminal could access internet through the device
3.1.8 System configuration
You could set Wi-Fi network SSID and administrator username and password according to your requirement under this interface.
3.2 iOS Client operation guide
3.2.1 App installation
Please search the “AirCloud” from Apple APP store and install it to your apple device.
3.2.2 iPhone/iPad Wi-Fi configuration
Please enter into iPhone/iPad Wi-Fi configuration. Select and connect the disk Wi-Fi network.The default Wi-Fi connection ID is “AirCloud-****”. (You could change the WI-FI SSID and password through the APP system interface after login.)
After connected to the mobile disk Wi-Fi network, you could click the arrow on the right side of “AirCloud-****” to check the iOS Wi-Fi network IP information.
3.2.3 AirCloud client Operation Guide
After connected to the mobile storage with Wi-Fi network, you could share and play the video/music files in this disk by AirCloud client application.
Please find the AirCloud APP on your iPhone/iPad and click it to startup, then it will come to start up interface as followed. Our product could support 3 modes:
a. Local network mode: iPhone/iPad and mobile disk in the same local network, you could enjoy the music and video files through high speed Wi-Fi network
b. Internet remote mode (UID): you could visit the storage and enjoy the music and video files through the internet. The speed of visit depends on the internet throughput.
c. Offline mode: disconnected with AirCloud, you could visit the files on your phone
Choose “ Local Network” it could find your disk, after logging, you can share the music, movies, pictures, documents in it, also you can copy from iOS device to disk，or from disk to iOS device.
3.2.4 Security configuration
You could set Wi-Fi password for this mobile disk through AirCloud application, to make sure only the authorized user can visit your disk. We highly recommend you to change the default Wi-Fi password in the first time.
Wi-Fi password configuration steps:
Click the “menu” on the left corner, and select “setup”, pls change the Wi-Fi password and administrator password. (default name and password: admin/admin)
Wi-Fi SSID and administrator configuration steps: please click and enter “Menu”-“Setup”, input default name and password, into setup interface, choose “System”menu, change SSID, administrator’s name and password.
3.2.5 Remote access from Internet
Only your IOS devices connect to Internet, through Remote access you could visit the AirCloud device at anytime and anywhere. Startup the AirCloud client APP, select “internet UID”-“New”-“QR code”, scan your AirCloud’s QR code by your phone camera (please find the code from your device case, this code is unique), after get the code, please add the code to device code list.
Then, you could access your AirCloud from internet according to the unique UID. The AirCloud provide personal “Cloud” function. You could visit and backup you personal files at anywhere and anytime
3.2.6 Hotspot function(AP+Client mode)
Without Ethernet cable, AirCloud device could be connected to others routers through Wi-Fi .
Pls do it as following: first startup the device, also your phone Wi-Fi setting has connected to the device. Second, open AirCloud apk, click “Setting”interface, choose “Hotspot Scan”, pls choose Wi-Fi and input password, then your phone could connect to internet through AP+ Client mode.
3.2.7 Album upload automatically
AirCloud support IOS device with album upload automatically function. Enter “Setting-Upload setting Automatically”, pls set upload path, click “Confirm”, these photos will be upload to assigned menu automatically.
3.2.8 Baidu Cloud Sync
AirCloud support Baidu Cloud Sync, before startup this function, pls make sure the device is connected to Internet, pls do it as following:
1. Enter Baidu Cloud Setting interface, input your baidu cloud account, click “Login”, the device is binding with your Baidu Cloud Password.
2. Baidu Cloud binded your device, then you could click “Backup to Baidu Cloud”, your Baidu file will be backup to Baidu Cloud under AirCloud menu. Click “ Back to device”, the Baidu files under AirCloud menu will be download to the device under Baidu menu.
3.3 Android AirCloud client guide
3.3.1 Android App installation
Pls download “AirCloud”apk from Google Playstore.
3.3.2Android device Wi-Fi configuration
Please enter into Android device Wi-Fi configuration interface. The default Wi-Fi connection ID is “AirCloud-****”. You could set the WI-FI SSID and password through the APP “system” interface later. After connection, you could click the “AirCloud” Wi-Fi network name to check the IP address and network status.
3.3.3 AirCloud APP operation guide
After connected to the device with Wi-Fi network, you could share and play the video/music files in this disk by AirCloud client application.
Please find the AirCloud APP on your android device and click to startup, then it will come to start up interface as followed. Our product could support 3 modes:
a. Wi-Fi Connect mode: iPhone/iPad and mobile disk in the same local network, you could enjoy the music and video files through high speed Wi-Fi network

3.3.4 Security configuration
You could set Wi-Fi password for this device through AirCloud APP, to make sure only the authorized user can visit your disk. We highly recommend to change the default Wi-Fi password in the first time.

3.3.5 Remote access from Internet
AirCloud support Remote Access from Internet by App/Apk, before use this function, pls make sure:
1. AirCloud is connected to Internet, by cable or hotspot mode.
2. The App/Apk also could visit Internet.
Then Startup the AirCloud client APP, select “Setting --internet UID”--“QR code”, scan your AirCloud’s QR code by your phone camera (please find the code from your device case, this code is unique), after get the code, please add the code to device code list.
Then, you could access your AirCloud from internet according to the unique UID. The AirCloud provide personal “Cloud” function. You could visit and backup you personal files at anywhere and anytime.
Also you could turn on/off the remote access function through the interface.
3.3.6 Hotspot function(AP+Client mode)
Without Ethernet cable, AirCloud device could be connected to others routers through Wi-Fi .

4.User advice
The device it’s wireless storage for user backup and reading data, pls be timely backup data during use it. We will responsible for the Hardware parts, also providing corresponding replace or warranty. Due to use the device caused loss data, we’re not responsible for data recovery, also caused recovery fee and compensation. If user need to keep or destroy the storage media for confidentiality requirements, it’s also need to pay appropriate fees even in warranty period. Hope you understanding, thanks。
